Yes, the carbon curve has risen since the 19th century but it has fallen since the beginning of time. Thousands of years ago there was twenty times more carbon in the atmosphere than today. It helped plants grow. Climate change. Yes. Mankind's fault? No. We are too insignifcant a species to cause these cataclismic effects.
