American Folk Art Museum doomed

Such a terribly tragic, unsustainable waste of an amazing piece of Architecture.  MoMA should be ashamed of themselves.

Allied Works Lecture: The Limiting Field

Join the University of Colorado Boulder's Environmental Design Program on Tuesday, April 9, at 5:47 p.m. for The Limiting Field, a lecture by Brad Cloepfil, AIA, of Allied Works Architecture, Inc.

Brad Cloep fil, AIA, founding principal of Allied Works Architecture, will discuss recent projects in the U.S. and abroad, as well as the ideas and principles that form the basis of the rm's work. As architect of the Cly fford Still Museum, Cloepfi l will focus on how these were realized in the museum's design and construction, and will discuss the challenges, opportunities and lessons of creating a single-artist museum in Denver's Civic Center.

The lecture will be held on the CU Boulder Campus in the Environmental Design Building, ENVD 134 (1060 18th Street, Boulder, CO 80302). Download the event flyer for more information.
